This applies to all the free assets by Finnie (finwiie) given away through giveaways, raffles or even just as a gift or donation. Any violation of T.O.S will lead to immediate transfer of asset ownership back to Finnie (finwiie) and a DMCA report will be made against the copyright infringer.

You can use the free assets in your personal or commercial projects without needing to pay for a license, but you cannot sell or distribute them as standalone assets under any circumstances.You don't own the copyright to the free assets; the copyright remains with the asset provider. You're licensed to use them under specific conditions, which includes restrictions on resale or distribution.Transfer of assets to a new owner for free without prior notice to Finnie is strictly prohibited.Modifying assets without permission is not allowed.Usage of my assets to promote harmful ideas/speech is not allowed.
